Here is what I had for dinner:
Red snapper in some seafood sauce (don't know what's in that),
Uncle Ben's Wild Rice (he's not my uncle),
and black beans.

Overall, a very tasty meal.
I should add that I washed it all down with a glass of zinfandel.
YUMMIE!
